We were the first company to pilot Referral Tool. Our goal was to make the most of our network of over 500 colleagues for recruitment. Since then, we have filled 10 vacancies through Referral Tool, approximately one-third of all vacancies in 2022.
Because the product integrates well with our ATS, it is extremely user-friendly. We had previously offered rewards for referring new hires, but with Referral Tool, it has become a standard part of our recruitment process. The app has been well received by colleagues, and employees regularly come up with ideas to further improve it. We share this feedback with Referral Tool, so we can work together to make the product even better.
